The mayor of london has no power to de criminalize drugs, says sidek. Pilot program would apply to 18 to 24 year olds found in possession of a small amount of canabas. Sidek: I think the idea of prosecuting a kid for cannabis is barbaric. He's next on BBC Radio 4 at 8pm January 13th and 14th.
