Baseball Owners Are So Worried About Baseball Tournaments
The World Baseball Classic was supposed to take place in July, but there were too many owners who didn't want the game shut down for two weeks. If I were you, I would view it as this. Do you think that NFL owners would want an actual NFL tournament where there's actual tackling where there's actually opportunity for concussions or paralysis? We'd rather have them ready for October. But then there were enough owners to block it,. which means there were eight or more owners who said, we don't like the July world baseball classic idea.
