Using Galaxies to Probing Dark Matter and Dark Energy
I want to talk a little bit about a using galactic dynamics and and arnstanding of galactic structure as a probe for some, a, some other aspects in fundamental cosmology. A, we haven't talked about things like inflation, or things like dark energy, r or anything like that. There's a star formation is int wor. You can use galaxies that are sometimes visible at very large distances to how the geometry of the universe changes with with distance. And in all those cases, you're trying to work on scales big enough so that you're not affected by the detailed physics that goes on within the galaxy. But just to use the galaxies as unbiased probes of the structure of the universe
