Dialog APL, BQN and J Are Open Source, Right?
Dialog APL is proprietary, so it's not open sourced. Some people want to go open source because they don't want a proprietary program that they're running from. One of the distinguishing features of that Q is that there's work for key programmers. It doesn't necessarily translate one to one with there's work available in different languages.
