How to Give Good Feedback for Short Answer Questions?

Am ursus educators, the way that we've traditionally done feedback is through a very binary system. What i tell traines to do is that don't look at the bindary number. Look at it in terms of strategies of how else i can improve. And every single opportunity, every single question that presents itself, look at it as an opportunity in terms of how you can improve yourself.
