The Opposition to the Crypto Bill
Some crypto critics in Congress as well as a seemingly skeptical Biden administration. We've seen nothing from the Biden administration that seeks to provide clarity. The SEC's regulation by enforcement approach or regulation by any means except regulation is designed at this point I think it's fairly easy to conclude designed to kill this ecosystem in the United States.
