How to Use Google Analytics to Understand Your Users More

It's easier to understand what you're seeing if you segment. You've got to get in there and learn what it is you're presuming. Because you can presume an awful lot of analytics. It's a very nice visual tool that Google have. And people don't realize this. I mean, it's been around for three years, at least. But once I discovered it as well, it was one of my favorite tools because it's extremely visual too.
