Sally Kohn: The U.S. is trying to raise unemployment, but what they're not trying to do is create a colossal collapse. She says that by virtue of undertaking this kind of aggressive effort in the United States were necessitating other countries to undertake similar efforts. Kohn: All of this may overshoot.
