One meal a day can circulate all the protein, fat and carbs you're taking in. But people get into diet trickery by eating too little at breakfast or not enough at dinner. The bare minimum for me would be 40 grams of protein with the first and last meals of your day. Get that protein before you get a crap ton of carbs and fats like glazed donuts.
