Introduction
The court granted cert Monday morning in two cases that we had been kind of watching. One is called O'Connor Ratcliffe v. Garnier and the other is Lindke V. Freed. The cases haven't been consolidated yet, but I'm sure they'll be heard the same day whether they're consolidated or not.
