Karl: Take imple com out of the equation, i think it b god for companies too. E, there's a reason all these stats come out about buyers going 60, 70 % through the sales process before they talk to the sales person. What if all that was done a little bit more thoughtully? Would i increase l t, v, et cetera? I don't know, but i can't imagine that all those metrics that i just shared would not be positively affected.
