We warned the world that this was coming, we also told the kremlin in no uncertain terms that there would be massive and unprecedented repercussions for a military ascallation in ukraine. Unfortunately, it looks like the kremlin didn't believe us or concluded that somehow it could get away with this sort of a massive invasion of a peaceful neighbor. And i guess we can conclude that many of the attitudes, and indeed the institutions of diplomacy as it was pre ukrane invasion are no longer useful. We're in a very difficult time now. It doesn't mean this organization is dead, or that it doesn't serve a purpose, especially in the future.
