Drug maker Eli Lilly is slashing the price of its most commonly prescribed insulin products by as much as 70%. The company is also capping monthly out-of-pocket costs at $35. Today's move by the drug giant is a lifeline for many of the 1.3 million Americans who've had to ration their medication.
