This was like the one argument that matters. So were they really latching onto it? I think my favorite moment during arguments came when Justice Amy Coney Barrett of all people just blew up this argument for standing. And then Kagan, Justice Elena Kagan and Justice Katanji Brown Jackson sort of started beating up on the lawyer alongside Justice Barrett. But we're looking at a conservative super majority in the Supreme Court. So you can have one conservative Justice who's outraged by this standing question. The folks involved with this lawsuit, the people opposed to Biden student debt program, could still win the case. Yep.
