Chris and Pablo were just both posting on LinkedIn. We ended up starting to do some content together then you know working together eventually. The problem with most companies is that there's nobody in their business that has the deep enough technical skills to evaluate whether a demand Gen person is actually good because nobody else in the company knows it. So putting in more like of practical stuff instead of just like 20 questions in an interview has worked really well for us.
