Sotomayor will be pushing this on the side of Biden, right? I disagree with a lot of his philosophy though. The 10th Circuit Justice who's up there and was the first appointee by Trump, he tends to go. He has kind of a, an articulated judicial philosophy that he hues to Whereas Amy Coney Barrett and Kavanaugh are not as predictable.
