i still believe this country has lots of opportunity for people. But there are systemic issues, and you have to put an extra level of effort in with regard to mobility or education. So we have this idea of coastal lets and the middle america being left behind. That's not going to change on its own. It's going to require government policies to to help those populations catch up.
