The S&P 500's Best Performing Sector So Far Today
The second best performing sector so far today in the entire S&P 500 is the financials. Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Record Wealth Management, PNC Financial Bank and Charles Schwab all reported strong results. Retail sales were a bit softer than expected in June, but still positive. KPMG's chief economist Diane Swank sees a trifecta of headwinds that may not be enough to prevent more fed rate hikes.
