Voter Turn Out, Qua Voter Turn Out
Gacovig: Both parties are animated by the myth that a higher voter turn out automatically benefits democrats. The political science is pretty settled on this, which is that if you can turn out more of your coalition, you'll get more voters. Voter turn out does not have a pirate partisan bias one way or the other. Gacovig says he's looking forward to more christmas break and an exciting new year ahead.
