How to Meditate for the First Time
The best thing, man, for someone who's just starting is don't make it a big deal. You observe not a touch, right? You watch it happen rather than touching yourself to it. And if one becomes distracted, whenever you realize that you're distracted, just start at one again with this breath counting. If you can sit there and do that for five minutes in the morning or in the evening before you go to bed, you'll notice a difference in your daily life. It does not be a feeling of like where you're shrink wrapped in your claustrophobic within your own skin,. Yeah. Just literally like letting go and allowing your body to just be there.
