The Threats of Russia

When he started in this business, I said there's two institutions that the public had high confidence in, the military and the Supreme Court. But now, public confidence in the Supreme Court is dropped because people view it as a partisan institution,. And unfortunately, partisan views of partisan institutions leads to low confidence. What happened to Russia? They were supposed to be allies. Have we changed or have they changed?
