The Booz-Luzio Monument to Bulgarian Socialism
The Booz-Luzio monument has developed a kind of cult status as an alternative tourist attraction. It was built to commemorate Demetra Blagoev's founding of the left party in Bulgaria. The building was abandoned, and later shut off to the public as it fell into disrepair. At 70 meters high and 60 meters wide, Booz- luzio looks out across the Balkan mountains.
