The Premier League of the Top Seven

There's two Premier Leagues, there's the Premier League of the top and it really is the top seven now with Newcastle and what they can financially afford. There's a middle Premier League where former new investors are willing to spend a lot of money but then you see just the runs of the litter. And I'm not saying this to be funny, Everton Football Club who could not afford, could not persuade a single player to move in in an hour of need. We really did see a super league within bloody Everton football within the Premier League.
