Does It Make More Sinn to Invest in New Technologies?
M: Does it make more sense to invest in technologies that may make it cheaper or more attractive, and do basic research and then rely on that developing innovations. Or does it make moresense to create incentives like the german p v programme? M: i would say both are important, that you couldn't just have policy incentives, but i don't think you could rely just on basic research.
