Key concepts basically mean that like they aren't these things were not amenable to the grade process of organizing data essentially and are mostly expert opinion or extrapolation of evidence. They recommend using a risk stratifying score, which is based on one second here age. Age sex, previous lower GI bleeding, digital rectal exam findings, heart rate, systolic blood pressure and hemoglobin.
