Uber is an example of an organization from what I can tell that has both asshole problems and scaling problems. It's not just as simple as having an asshole in charge, sometimes it's just people are busy and look the other way. This is the first time actually on an interview, I've had a chance to use the word 'asshole' in five years. Thank you New York Times.
