CNN's John Avlon says the Republican presidential race is a delicate dance. GOP candidates need to differentiate themselves from Donald Trump without drawing wrath of former president or his supporters, he says. Avlon: Are you going to treat unconstitutional nature of Trumpism as a problem that must be eradicated? Or are you just going to kind of tip toe around it? He asks if anyone else can do it.
