Low Impact, High Yield, Is What We Really Need
We should be considering what the numbers tell us. Low impact, high yield is what we desperately need to be looking for if we are to feed the world without devouring the planet. But the detail matters. One of your recommendations, for example, as i understand it, is the perennial crops replacing those that have to be annually planted and reared.
