Gnosticism Is a Practice of Spiritual Awakening

Gnosticism is very pessimistic in its disposition. Is there a practice? It doesn't sell like there's a praxis to it or like a practice of spiritual awakening and raging at being, of rejecting what's offered to us. So you don't do anything because doing something would be participated with being. That's the praxis of Gnosticism.
