Ruling as it was constructed in its draft form back in february, indicates that there is a majority five justices who now support overturning rove wade and upholding the mississippi law. We don't know where chief justice john robert stands as of this moment. States will be able to decide for themselves what the appropriate measure is for abortion. It will turn to astate's rights opportunity, which is what a lot of people in this country have wanted.
