i wanted to ask you what role do you think byus plays in the interview process, or in the application process. You read these studies about how if you have a name that isn't a generic white person name, it's going to be harder for you to find a job. I wish that we lived in a world where those biases didn't exist. The best way to fight those biases is to push through the system as it now, and then work to change the system,. We can learn from both sides how you can find success in the industry.
