The fact that this committee is referring these crimes doesn't mean anything in terms of DOJ's decision to actually move forward and indict. So all of this is sort of data points and unclear for all of the reasons that Roger described how much is really available for prosecutorial purposes. But I want to take it back just a step because Molly and Quinta, the three of us have been talking a lot since the committee's creation about the difference between what Congress as an institution can do versus what the Department of Justice can do.
