Justice brett cavanagh suggested t at the courts should leave the issue of abortion to congress and the states. Liberal justices questioned whether overturning the precedents would make the court, now dominated by conservatives, appear political. If people lose faith in the court system, they'll eventually lose their legitimacy - i see us going down that hill.
