The Washington Consensus

After the second world war, there were institutions like the i m f and the predecessor to the roald bank. The postward period is a boom for capitalism on some measures, but an era of crisis for colonialism. This political system that got built at breton woods has to struggle to contain a wave of revolutions throughout the world. Do we still have this same washington concensus dominating to day, or is it something different?
