Bobby Joe was arrested in Portland while she was visiting her mother and made bail on February 7th. Nobody knows if she tried to make it to California or hitchhiked straight back to Seattle, but she's never seen alive again. The Green River Task Force raids Ridgeway's home just two months later on April 8th. Tumaski: "They disbanded the task force toward the late 80s because they lost the game"
