Rosso is one of the only companies I've seen that has technology utilization across the board as far as even like all of your foremen using iPads every single day for everything. Can you explain how, you know, what the rationale was behind implementing that to begin with and how you've been able to convince some of these, You know, old dogs, so to speak, to utilize new technology?
