Montana Announces App Store Operators Can Offer TikTok Within the State

Montana has decided that it should be unlawful for Google and Apple's app stores to offer TikTok within the state. App store operators in TikTok itself could face fines of $10,000 per violation per day with an individual violation defined as each time that a user accesses TikTok or is offered the ability to download it.
