There's only so much that automation can do. Companies have tried automating the process from beginning to end, and somebody just shows up on their first day of work. The challenge is the people who are being hired don't feel engaged in what's going on. And so there's this real balance of keeping the process human focused, without the process being overly human. A human manage because, you know, it is sometimes less efficient, depending on right? My dear, you're talking bout scheduley interview, yeah, you should be able to do that with automation.
