Judge says he is not personally convinced that David O'Brien has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The judge's statement almost flies in the face of the jury's rule on death penalty sentences. His team are so taken aback by this, they don't trust the jury any more. And it's something that david uses in his appeals. Now, his future appeals are also heavily focussed on testimony from the models and all the talk about his religion.
