I had tremendous problems with anger. I told the therapist what to do with me. And i didn't know how. So you began your own therapy, and then became a therapist. There is no forgiveness without rage. Because while you blame, you're still a child. To be grown up, to wear douts and recognize that there is no freedom without responsibility. It's anerchy.
