Roxanne Jones' new book is called crazy quilt. She says it's a culmination of all the thinking, writing that she had done in the decade after her crisis with her agent. It was often given as a talk that she would then revise and re work as she received feedback from one audience after another. The essay has its early origins in tiptree's words about motherhood, written as a man back in the seventies.
