Mo Mollum was the least conventional Northern Ireland secretary we've ever had. Most contribution was immense because she was a complete culture shock. Tony Blair and Bertie Herne have both spoken about the leadership of 25 years ago. We don't have people who really invest enough to understand nuances of Northern Ireland, they say. And so we're in a tricky place, obviously.
