The Killing of Mike Polite

Mike polite refused to plead guilty his mother's murder because he said he didn't do it. Four years after rida polyte's death, mike went on trial for her murder. He was sentenced to life in prison without the chance for parole. Such sentences have since been found unconstitutional for juveniles.
