The Mind of Monks

Find a mentor and roll model and learn from them. Spend time with them and shadow them. Follow what they do to become that. Be careful who your owl models are. Your character should not be defined by their car or home, it should be about their values. If we think some one thinks we don't look good, we feel like we don’t look good. At that time in my life, monks became my roll models for inner pieace and self awareness.
