Did Fans Moderate Their Behaviour in Wartime?
The first game in the 1915 16 season saw a riot involving several thousand fans trying to get one of the Bradford players. There's a there's a very interesting wide range of spectator behavior within that. As poor people become more comfortable you do see fans doing things like booing players getting on their backs. And they're also one or two and this is not something that's new happened pre war but you do actually also have a very large riot.
