The Importance of a Buyer's Agent
A lot of people who have used buyers, agents, sort of go, well, I wouldn't buy without one again. And that's a key indicator of where they see value is that it was straightforward. So just be aware that don't rule yourself out of being able to use one based on your purchase price. That's different from saying, I'm not prepared to use a buyer's agent because my purchase price is only 400,000. Yeah, correct.
