I hear quite a bit unfortunately is that like nutrition doesn't matter whether it's in life or more particularly within sports. So can you explain to me why nutrition matters but more specifically within a sports sense of how you're fueling will affect how you play? Yeah it's really thinking about food as your fuel so our bodies use calories for energy and the harder we work it the more energy we're going to need. It's not just like going throughout the whole day without eating and then eating at the very end of the day timing definitely matters.
