Success is not measured by opportunity creation. A better metric would be qualified pipeline creation and a better metric than that would be revenue. Companies get it wrong at first because they just kind of cut off at the cost per lead conversation. The ad group where you spent less that had potentially even higher cost per conversion had better opportunity to close ratios and hire, hire one amounts.
