The 21st century really has been caught something for Spain. Italy finished a very respectable third after beating the Netherlands to that bronze medal, winning 3-2. The Netherlands are concealing goals left and right, which is a big problem. Van Dyke doesn't look anywhere near his best, and they've not found the right part for him. But it's great for Spain. Another trophy in that impressive cabinet of theirs.
