The Fall of New Home Sales

New home sales have been going gangbusters where I live. The people dying across the street from me bought a house that was totally redone after Sandy and probably wasn't only 15 years old. It's kind of a square boxy, Ikea looking things, you know, with a floor ceiling glass and all that stuff. But I mean, people have a lot of money apparently. So, housing is going crazy.
